- 2 tsp of loose Black Tea
- 8 dried Sage Leaves
- Sugar or honey for serving
- Boil 6 cups of water in a medium saucepan.
- Remove the pan from heat, and add the tea and sage leaves.
- Cover the pan immediately.
- Allow the tea to steep for about 10 minutes, by wrapping a towel around the pan.
- Strain the liquid into teacups and serve hot.
- Serve with honey and sugar on the side
