Sage Tea (Faskomilo)


  • 2 tsp of loose Black Tea
  • 8 dried Sage Leaves
  • Sugar or honey for serving

Sage Tea (Faskomilo)


  • Boil 6 cups of water in a medium saucepan.
  • Remove the pan from heat, and add the tea and sage leaves.
  • Cover the pan immediately.
  • Allow the tea to steep for about 10 minutes, by wrapping a towel around the pan.
  • Strain the liquid into teacups and serve hot.
  • Serve with honey and sugar on the side
