- 1 kg fish of choice
- 250 ml oil
- Clean and wash fish. Salt fish and rest for 10 minutes.
- Flour fish and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Remove and place on absorbent paper.
- Arrange fish on a serving platter.
- Place lemon wedges around fish and decorate with parsley. semi-circular shape. Brush the tops with beaten egg, and bake as before for about 20 minutes or until light golden.
