Ingredients:

  • 1 kg fish of choice
  • 250 ml oil
  • flour
  • salt
  • lemon
  • parsley

Preparation:

  • Clean and wash fish. Salt fish and rest for 10 minutes.
  • Flour fish and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  • Remove and place on absorbent paper.
  • Arrange fish on a serving platter.
