The Greek Lantern


  • 1 cup (packed) with parsley sprigs
  • 1/2 a tsp of lime zest
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1/2 a cup of fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 a cup of sugar
  • 1 (10 ounce) bottle club soda

  • Blend all the ingredients except from the club soda, in a blender for about one minute.
  • Take a large glass measure and strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve.
  • Put ice into tall glasses and pour the prepared drink.
  • Top with club soda, garnish with a slice of lime and serve.
