Method:
- After picking the green olives from the olive tree, you will need a hammer or stone to smash them one by one lightly just to split the olive open.

- To prepare the olives for eating, you will take out of the jar the amount you want and place in a small bowl. You will pour over them a little olive oil, squeeze lemon to taste, put in a small piece of garlic and then sprinkle over them some dry oregano then taste the beauty of the Mediterranean.
